Ambili recognized the growing interest in trying new tastes and experiencing different cuisines among people, especially when traveling. With a passion for the food industry and a desire to assist others in establishing their own food start-ups, Ambili saw the need for a reliable Restaurant Consultant.

Bistro Brain aims to cater to all individuals in need of assistance, regardless of the size or nature of their food establishment. The consulting services provided by Bistro Brain go beyond merely helping clients establish, enhance, or expand their food and beverage businesses. With an ongoing pursuit of learning in the field of Digital Marketing, Ambili and her team seized the opportunity to extend their services to include branding and digital marketing solutions for the hospitality sector. Besides Food Production and Food Service, Chef Machado has international certifications in Food Hygiene from South Sea Training Level II which complies with European Union Food Hygiene, UK and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, England.
